Antique Telephones - 1940 Western Electric 300 Desk Phone

Our old phones range from the late 20's, early 30's and up to the 70's. These antique phones are not the common imitation reproductions, they are the actual old telephones. All of these old phones have been reconditioned and refurbished to varying degrees depending on each phones condition. Our antique phones are inspected and tested inside and out. In addition we feature ultra-sonically cleaned dials as well as standard RJ11 plugs to hook into your existing system.

This is probably the most famous of the designs that famed architect and designer Henry Dreyfus did for Western Electric. The smooth graceful lines effected the design of telephone for at least 2 decades beyond its introduction. The phones were not only nice to look at they were very well built. Most of these phones were black in color and Ma bell expected to collect rent on these for many years. These phones were designed to last under heavy office use with very low maintenance.
